In partnership with New York City Economic Development Corporation and Visible Hands, Main Street Assembly delivers ongoing tiered services and support to high-growth startups emerging from regional accelerators, while connecting founders to a national network of peers, talent, capital, and potential customers, recognizing that the founder journey continues well beyond any single program.
In partnership with Tide Risers, Main Street Assembly co-designed and delivered a multi-region leadership program focused on supporting women leaders—including women entrepreneurs—in building greater impact, resilience, and agency in their professional and personal lives. The program combined in-person and virtual learning with peer connection and community building to create a supportive, values-driven leadership experience across the United States.
Main Street Assembly conducted a feasibility study to assess potential new markets in the New York Metropolitan Area for an established coworking space franchise seeking to expand from the West Coast. The work combined market research, ecosystem engagement, and financial analysis to identify locations with strong demand and long-term growth potential.
Main Street Assembly designed and delivered a national initiative that introduced small businesses to practical AI resources through a worker-centered lens, helping them strengthen business resilience while supporting a more stable, skilled workforce. The effort brought together regional small business development partners and employers from across the country and combined learning, peer exchange, and hands-on implementation support.

As part of the broader IBM SkillsBuild initiative, Main Street Assembly partnered with IBM and Jobs for the Future to co-design and pilot two new credentials in cybersecurity and data analytics with community colleges across the United States. The effort focused on ensuring the credentials were employer-informed, workforce-relevant, and directly aligned with small business and industry needs—while creating clear pathways from learning to employment and advancement.
In partnership with Jobs for the Future (JFF), Main Street Assembly conducted a national research study to better understand how small businesses are adopting AI and the anticipated impacts on businesses, workers, and historically marginalized populations. The effort combined national data collection with deep regional engagement to surface practical insights that reflect real-world conditions across industries and geographies.
In partnership with Jobs for the Future (JFF), Main Street Assembly led a multi-region augmented reality (AR) demonstration project with manufacturing small businesses across the United States. The initiative introduced an AR solution that enabled businesses to document existing manufacturing processes and use AI-powered functionality to train employees across experience levels—from veteran and supervisory leads to new hires—supporting more inclusive, efficient, and scalable workforce training.
