INCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY

Main Street Assembly logo — inclusive entrepreneurship and small business workforce development

We strengthen small business ecosystems by accelerating technology adoption, workforce readiness, and access to opportunity for
entrepreneurs and their workers.

How We Engage

Main Street Assembly partners with economic development organizations, CDFIs, accelerators, government agencies, and community institutions to deliver scalable programs, strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems, and equip small business owners—especially underrepresented founders—with the tools, training, and technology needed to grow and compete in today’s economy.

Our Offerings

  • We partner with communities to build inclusive ecosystems that strengthen small businesses and expand economic opportunity.

  • We support businesses to move emerging technologies (AI and XR) out of theory and into practice.

  • We design transformative programming that helps businesses build resilience, adapt to change, and scale.

Small businesses account for nearly 45% of U.S. GDP and employ about 46% of the private-sector workforce—making them the single most important engine for job creation, local wealth circulation, and community stability in the American economy.
