Women’s Leadership & Entrepreneurship Program Design in Partnership with Tide Risers

In partnership with Tide Risers, Main Street Assembly co-designed and delivered a multi-region leadership program focused on supporting women leaders—including women entrepreneurs—in building greater impact, resilience, and agency in their professional and personal lives. The program combined in-person and virtual learning with peer connection and community building to create a supportive, values-driven leadership experience across the United States.

The engagement included:

  • Co-designing a comprehensive leadership curriculum centered on women leaders and entrepreneurs

  • Convening influential women leaders to inform program design and delivery

  • Delivering a blended model of in-person and virtual learning experiences

  • Facilitating peer learning, collaboration, and cohort-based community building

  • Creating spaces for reflection, skill-building, and leadership practice

  • Supporting women entrepreneurs navigating business growth, leadership, and impact

  • Implementing the program across multiple regions nationally

  • Fostering sustained networks and relationships beyond the formal program

Outcomes included:

  • Increased confidence, clarity, and leadership capacity among participants

  • Strong peer networks that support continued growth and collaboration

  • Expanded visibility and opportunity for women leaders and women entrepreneurs
